Martin has developed and implemented marketing and branding programs for highly successful businesses, including Wiley, Australia Post, Mobil Oil, UCMS (now Aegis Services Australia), Entity Solutions, Pathfinder Solutions (now part of Deloitte) and many other SME businesses.Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Martin’s engaging manner, passion and enthusiasm for creating successful outcomes for his internal and external customers ensures an open, honest working environment where the sharing of ideas is easily facilitated. Martin has a gift for translating and articulating the most complex concepts in a manner that is easily understood at all levels of business. Martin has also completed an MBA at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, with a primary focus on strategic marketing and business management. He is also an Accountancy graduate of RMIT University. He is a Certified Practicing Marketer by the Australia Marketing Institute (AMI).

Kate Carnell AO

Ombudsman, Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman

Non Executive Director, Climate Change Authority

Kate Carnell commenced as Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman in March 2016. Kate was CEO of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) from May 2014 to February 2016. ACCI, Australia's largest and most representative business organization, is the leading voice of business in Australia advocating for over 300,000 businesses across all industries.
 

Kate was CEO at beyondblue from 2012 to 2014 addressing issues associated with depression, anxiety and related disorders in Australia. Prior to this, Kate was the CEO of the Australian Food and Grocery Council. She is also the former CEO of Australian General Practice Network is a pharmacist by profession and was the first female to become the National Vice-President of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.Ms Carnell was elected to the ACT Legislative Assembly in 1992, and became leader of the ACT Liberal Party in 1993.Ms Carnell was then elected ACT Chief Minister in March 1995, and re-elected in 1998 becoming the only Liberal woman to be elected as Chief Minister or Premier in Australian political history.Following her political career, Kate became a serious driving force behind Transact Communications' innovative broadband communications network, and also spent three years as Executive Director of the National Association of Forest Industries (NAFI).Ms Carnell was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2006 for her services to community through contributions to economic development and support for the business sector, knowledge industries, the medical sector and medical technology advances.

Frank Webb

Business Clarity / IMAS Pty Ltd

After working for a couple of years Frank returned to study and gained a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from UNE. Building on his interest in manufacturing Frank pursued a career in accounting with a Manufacturing focus. 

In corporate his focus was on “managing through transition” working with organisations and businesses guiding change and system improvement. For the past 18 years he has Coached SME’s and Family Business Owners he is a compassionate and demanding Business Mentor and Coach.

Frank is also actively involved in the Business Community of Western Sydney. Having served as a Board Member of many organisations: Parramatta Chamber of Commerce, The Western Sydney Business Connection and is currently Public Officer of The Greater Blacktown Business Chamber.
